Half of the group went for "PT" accept for me becos i have to go to the NDP rehersal so good....:) but after i was kick out i saw many people like almost going to die like that ......they all seem to have a very hard PT.....i pity them that Mr lim give them so many pt...... they have many thing to do like 1set(5 kinnd Pumping, situp, jumping jack, running) siao right???
